Well, a 1 pound loss for the week, net loss of 6 pounds since I started in 18 days. Not really thrilled about this, I was doing so well, earlier this week, but I know it was because I wasn't eating enough calories, no one can maintain that for a very long time. Still not happy about it. And that net loss was after a 2 pound gain in the past 2 days!!! Eep!
Going to try to move on. Veggies, fruit and protein. Sounds easy, right? We'll just have to see about that.
Looking forward to being able to work again, gotta take is a little slow so as to not injure my knee again. 5 weeks till Halloween, and would really like to lose 10 pounds by then. I don't care which way, either by total pounds or just by fat %. Either way I'll be happy.
