Okay, the summer mini trips are over, I'm back in town and can get back to the normal routine. I didn't do too bad, it could of been worse.

88,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,3 kg. Aún para ir: 20,4 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

Ganando 0,7 kg a la Semana
