Well, It's been awhile. My Pop passed away on 12/14 with me by his side as I promised. Now just trying to wrap up all the financials and get my life back on track. I sent my daughter off to her other mom in San Diego for Christmas (it's actually her ex-stepmom but she the best other parent I could ever ask for and my best friend). I wasn't sure if I was going to need to be with my Pop over the holidays and I wanted her to have a happy Christmas so now, I will be alone for the Holidays. It will give me time to decompress from the last 6 months and catch up on sleep and me time.
