Hi, I lost 10 lbs following a "modified" attack phase. Modified cause I drink red wine in the evenings and during the 5 days I've been on it, I also had gluten free birthday cake and chocolate bars and cheese once or twice. I'll try to do better. Still, I'm losing and I can't say that much about trying to do the Atkins diet after two years on it I lost 40 lbs, but stalled for a whole year.
This is kicking in the loss, apparently. I'm hopeful. Dukan says I need to weigh 150, so I have about 50 lbs to lose. That is a lot of weight and not to be at a weight that I'd like to be. But 150 is better than what I am now.
