Love the cartoons. Guess I never got over the Sunday comics I enjoyed so much as a kid. The Sunday comics were my motivation to learn to read and as a kid I referred to the comics as "the funnies." Clean chimney, clean bbq, paperwork...Sunday is suppose to be a day of rest... 

Hangin' in there with my first fast for the year. Found some great calorie free raspberry flavor to add to my tea. Can't do the coffee, 'cause I really HATE coffee. If it's not bulletproof, I can't drink it. No difficulty staying away from food.  

I just went into the kitchen to make an espresso. There was this big red apple calling my name. I swear the thing was instantly converted to 'best candy' status. I made the espresso. The apple can call my name tomorrow. 

When I make my sugar free candy, I swear it whispers, "D o r o t h y !! I'm in the refrigerator! Come e e e a a a t t t me!" Used to be cheesecake and Lemon Ice box pie. Even my refrigerator's health has improved! 

Shea... I do the raspberry also. Makes a cup of tea taste like a danish.  

Danish ... mmmmmm! Great job on the fasting NM!
