I don't believe this Kcal is always reading very low and I am not hungry through the day....also if I exercise it seems to add to how many Kcal extra I need to eat. What gives .. maybe I don't understand this system yet. I am on a very low carb diet. Max is 100 grams.

Congratulations. Welcome to low carbing. I'm feeling the same way. Hunger is gone with my carbs about 50g/day.

I keep mine generally under 30 grams a day but today I started 20 and under lets see how it rolls.

This low carb stuff is new to me. Just learning how to do this....I will be checking in on you guys to teach me to getting it down to 20 or lower. I am already feeling better and not so hungry like before. Just this week started to work with this diet. before I turned to vegan and very small amount meat.. I like this so much better. Doing two challenges to see how I do.
