Jogged 24 minutes out of 30 this morning on the treadmill. Back up to 234.5 lbs. - obviously at another plateau. Since I'm well under my RDI for the past couple of days, and the intensity of my workout has increased, I am expecting a dramatic drop in the next couple of days.
