Thanks! There's still room for improvement though I've enjoyed the changes this month brought. Reduced sugar in hot beverages and cereals. Incorporated actual raw veggies and fruits. If I skip out on the routine of veggies or fruits in my day I actually feel my body craving it. Crazy. From eating 1 big (175/180g) of chips a day, I now split it over a week or so. Still keeping the eating balanced with starches and chocolate. My focus is creating a lifestyle I can maintain. Thanks again for introducing me to this site.
