Thanks! There's still room for improvement though I've enjoyed the changes this month brought. Reduced sugar in hot beverages and cereals. Incorporated actual raw veggies and fruits. If I skip out on the routine of veggies or fruits in my day I actually feel my body craving it. Crazy. From eating 1 big (175/180g) of chips a day, I now split it over a week or so. Still keeping the eating balanced with starches and chocolate. My focus is creating a lifestyle I can maintain. Thanks again for introducing me to this site.

You are welcome. Experimenting is what prevents it from being restrictive and boring so experiment with different foods. All this has given me such a better understanding of my body, its fat, etc. I wish they taught this in schools so people could gain all this knowledge for themselves and still enjoy life yet be healthy.
