Doing better losing. Cut down on my calories a little more the last couple days. I am in a diet contest at my job and want to win $160 to go clothes shopping with when I get done. Have my eye on the prize!

Also taking B vitamins and a couple vitamin D's a week to help metabolism. Have slow thyroid but these seem to be helping. Couldn't really lose much before.
