I'm late posting my Wednesday weigh day b'cse I'm reluctant to celebrate. It's been so long since I've seen the numbers on the scale go down. I'm excited and happy. Don't want to focus on the big number ahead of me, just on the pleasure I am getting from following my food plan and participating in the fellowship that supports me.
95,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 20,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: 100%.

Congrats on the loss! You're actually losing at a healthy steady rate which is good, something you can sustain and make into a lifestyle change. Try not to worry about the pounds still to be lost, no matter what the number is they come off one at a time. Just stick to what you're already doing, it's working. :)
