Diario de _tigress_, 19 feb. 16

Gained 2kgs. Really bad eating over the last two weeks due to stress. Trying really hard to get back on track. Still haven't eaten bread or increased sugar. So that's a good thing. Haven't started exercising either. It's ironic how stress works...it can really kill you mentally. Let's hope for a drop in the week. Have a good one folks.
98,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 3,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Ganando 1,8 kg a la Semana
