Diario de loosinisfun, 19 oct. 11

BEING FOCUSED ....gooooooood morning...wakin up to another rainy morning...with all the rain we had yesterday..no walkin...but did go out an get on the stationary bike yesterday afternoon for a 20 min ride...could of done more...but with it being the first time on it in a longgggggg time...figured that was a good place to start...been stickin to my plan of no bread....an it seems to be workin along with only eating during a certain time..an then fasting the other 14 hours...i never was a person that ate alot...just didnt exercise after i ate...cooler temps today so with the rain an cooler temps...gonna be a layered up day...well...need to make the bed an get my bananna and get breakfast over with....not really hungry, but know its been several hours since the last food entered my system...today is wally world day...but just going to get whats on moms list as i dont really need anything that i can think of...soooooooooo.....i did hit my mini goal...an time to reset it once again...soon as i get that .2 pounds off...im so excited...seems like it just takes forever to get those last 50 to 60 pounds off...but im determined to stick with it...ive created a new me that for a change im proud of...HAVE A GREAT ONE.....

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...ITS IMPORTANT TO FLUSH YOUR TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE...PUSH THE WORKOUTS....KEEP INCREASING THE EXERCISE !!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES...
5. THE IDEA FOR ME IS TO KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!
10. BEING HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE


129,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 4,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

my biggest tip to anyone not getting the weight off...pick a popular eating plan and get use to the basics an then change it for you...and see where that goes...everyone is different an the weight comes off but when its ready...lol

Sorry about your rain but your bike to nowhere saved the day! You are doing great! Good job stayin away from the bread! It is hard but does seem to get easier. Enjoy your day!

Good morning Loosin, sounds like you are very focused...congrats for staying away from the breads..I have cut back tremendously..used to I would have 2 pieces of toast every morning and 2 for lunch and more than likely some for supper...I try to keep it at no more than 2 a day now...Enjoy your rainy day and shopping at Wal Mart....☺

thanks jav and bren....seems like if i eat bread, carbs...then its harder to keep off the carbs thru the day....one piece of bread...12 carbs...4 pieces or more...lots of carbs to burn off...
