I am finally down the 1 lb. I've been trying to lose, so now I just have to keep that one off and try to lose one more. Slowly, but surely I'm getting there. I've been getting back into my routine of waking up early and working out and it's getting easier and easier. Now, as long as the cooler weather doesn't make my joints hurt too much I will be able to stick with it. Another week closer to my December goal and a pound down (finally).
