After bouncing around within 256-257 for almost a week I'm down three pounds exactly overnight! I had a couple of days with higher sugar than I would like, but still below 25g because I tested and had low blood sugar but I picked the berries over higher sugar fruits and think I did well.
114,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 16,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
