so I took a SERIOUS cheat day yesterday. hadn't earned it and didn't workout very hard but I needed a break. I feel SO MUCH BETTER today. making note to remind myself that it's okay. the world didn't end and I didn't fall off a wagon. back to work feeling awesome about doing it!
