Nice little drop that I wasn't expecting just yet, but I'll take it. Got to find out what vitamins to take to combat all this muscle soreness. I know after doing chemo for 6 months, and then not moving too much for the 3 months after i finished chemo has turned my muscles to baby muscles and I am trying to make them do adult things, but man I am sore. When I do water aerobics class I can hardly move the next day, and the day after I am still sore. guess I just have to power through.

The soreness is lactic acid...too much acid produced while you tear down and rebuild muscle. Take a good mineral supplement to alkalize your muscles. I've used calcium, magnesium and potassium specifically. Also, epsom salts baths...magnesium, again. Takes the pain out of the acidic muscles. I hope you feel better and...you go, woman! Awesome job! :-)

I use foam rolling when I'm still at the gym. You can goggle it. It releases lactic acid build up. It hurts while I'm doing it, but I get a lot of relief afterwards. I also have my own tiger tail that I keep in my gym bag so I can use it when I don't have time at the gym. I also bought Epsom lotion.
