Late night eating is one of my challenges too...

There is a better way to look at this and that is to try to get a better night's sleep then you can eliminate all of the late night snacking unless you walk in your sleep watch the lights make sure your room is dark try to get some Daytime exercise or moving around and try to get 8 hours sleep and good hydration
