Diario de Justdoingtheunstuck, 16 abr. 16

I've been more or less maintaining weight the last few months and now its time to make the final push. Ive come an awfully long way and I am nearly there! Starting to reincorporate exercise as my body permits it (still having issues with knees and now hip). Ive still been counting calories but I think I'm going to incorporate more nuts and a bit more snacking. I get so excited in spring seeing all the good and cheap fruit come back-can hardly wait for blueberries!
Overall, feeling quite positive! Time to get this done!
