Diario de karenphillips, 03 may. 16

Ouch 4.8 lbs gained... I knew it would be about that...Oh well. Injections restarted today. No point in wasting them when I went off protocol. Today is a new day and I am more motivated than ever. I meet with my personal trainer today to go over the weights addition to my workout routine. Looking forward to it.

Ahhhh Karen, you knew it wouldn't be good but it is painful when you see 4.8! That's alright girl, you are AMAZING when you're focused. All of this exercise and weight training will keep you looking fabulous long after the HCG is gone. Have a great day.

Thanks Biker.. :) I'm already on it. Those lbs will be gone this time next week for sure. Truth be told, it was worth it. Thank Goodness though I have another whole month before I am on a vacation again. :) time enough to drop all the weight before Memorial day weekend. Great Job on your drop... You will definitely make those last 7 drop quickly!

the weight will drop back off once you focus on the light at the end of the tunnel..

I did 2 steak days in a row..Not really supposed to do that, but I had to start dropping or it would drive me insane...LOL

Nothing wrong with lean steak no matter what the media says. It's a great way to get quality protein and minerals. In fact, that is my go-to food when leaning out to compete. Sure beats eating chicken breast that must be incinerated into a plank of cardboard to prevent food poisoning.

Mmmmm. 2 steak days in a row. I'm going to stalk your diet calendar and get a few tips! Gotta lose that 7 pounds by the 14th....

you can find articles on how to do a mini steak day Biker online. That and the apple day are good for stalls and cheat fixes. However I was way more hungry on the apple day than I was on the mini-steak day. I think it was all the natural sugars in them that kept me hungry. Mini steak days from now on only. Biker you can easily drop those last 7 lbs. I know you can. You Got this!

Thanks, Karen. I know how to do both from articles. The other day I did an apple day. I only at 3 apples. It was like torture but I wasn't hungry. Now steak....I'm a carnivore by nature! I haven't really stalled, I just find that I'm really slow towards the end. I think I'll throw in a couple of steak days before I'm done. Have a great day!
