I would love to except I cannot stand too many greens, so tend to blend in circumstances when I have fresh fruit and veg in. I did have a quick read and will look for some of his recipes and compare against Jason vale juice diet. I don't juice as I tend to think the roughage should not been thrown away as fibre is part of a healthy diet, which make blending better.  

You gotta love the greens....
