Thank you! Actually the morning swim must have REALLY helped counter balance things as in evening I had dinner out and didn't even bother recording it...makkoli was flowing...^^

Hi Jody - I am guessing you are in Korea based on your makkuli and kimchi reference.
Just as a suggestion, you might want to try the oriental medicine diet pills that I took. I lost about 9kg in 6 weeks (83 to 74). The medicine dramatically lowers appetite and helps burn fat quite rapidly.
It started me off and now I am trying to find a pattern to keep it off. Just a thought.

Thanks James...yes those little pellets, right? I did try them...and HCG Diet....both worked well, it was the maintenance period that was hard and about a year later the weight was back on....Thanks for reminding though...in the summer I may try it again, seeing how the current course plays out...

Yes, I am also worried about my maintenance after getting off the pellets. I am hoping small portion will help shrink my stomach.
