dude stress affects your metabolism. Maybe you can give yourself a meditative break form worry...try the app "simply being " its super easy and the narrator has a voice you will like.  

lol. Sorry bell. I'm not a snag. Far from it. Thanks though. I'm okay with stress. Over the last couple of years we've become well acquainted, and I've learned to kick it's but. Fort Mac is a 16 hour drive from here, Glen. I don't think the weather is in their favour.

I just find exercise is far More effective for me. The idea of concentrating on nothing doesn't appeal to me. I know that's simplistic, but it's how I view it. 

Northernmusician , why don't you try old school meditation, my grand parents & great grandparents who lived in Japan used to burn incense and just unwind.. This was long before apps and such... They had an inner peace and lived to be quite old! 

Isn't there a way to create clouds and make it rain over that area? With all our technology, you would think we could make a rain cloud. 

Mom. The problem is, government would want to control it. You know how that would turn out.
