I have had a very down couple of days and just felt very bleak. Then of course being down I haven't stuck to eating terribly healthy. Trying to get back on track today.
77,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 13,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 9,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

It all starts with you! Some days it really is hard to stick to a diet or to go out and exercise, but just try to stay as focused as possible and keep going as hard as you can as much as you can, and you'll see the results you want and feel great in no time! Good luck!

Hi I have been where you are and it will pass if you just stick with it. We all have those feelings when things aren't going great. Cmon now you can do it!!
