So I backslide a little over the weekend. I have a harder time controlling what I eat over the weekends because I'm usually pretty busy on home repairs. I have several rental properties and they keep me busy most weekends to the point I end up eating out more often on weekends. This weekend was all outside. Yesterday I managed to drop 4#s through the day due to sweating. And I was drinking quite a bit of water but just not enough to keep up. I guess I caught up last night. Plus a little overindulging.
