Lost weight purely due to being sick, decreased appetite, mildly good decisions to not go crazy. Busy schedule causing missed mealis and light, late eating before bed. It seems fundamentally flawed.
I can definitely see because I've been living for years how people get in a bad cycle of eating, getting less healthy, more tired, more likely to get injured, can exercise, fear exercise because of possible pain and bumping up against physical limits (fair and unfair). It feels demeaing, defeating, fatiguing to actually try to do something positive, like go for a run, but hurt something a couple minutes into it, while you are trying to do the right thing.
Left hip tightness. Worsening quickly arthritis in right hand causing inability to straighten or fully bend finger. New in last few weeks and getting worse.
What can I do to change all this? Eat less, sleep more, moderate exercise?
