So Benjamin...are you eating vegan or vegetarian right now or more of the breads? Got to stay away from all the rice!! Not only will it stop you from losing the weight you want but it will also raise your triglycerides! Discovered that the hard way. Only teasing you buddy... if I ever get below 123 I'll be amazed. Hey Spirtspell, im eating vegitarian right now, and i still get a lot of carbs in wheat sources. I know what you mean about the rice! but in china everything tastes better with rice :) I will do some research on the trigliserides for sure, i didnt know about that. I tried going to your wesbite but its down at the moment, maybe its my connection so I will try again in a little while. I write a blog too at benjaminbesw.blogspot.ca very much on the same lines. Im teaching english for a few months, and then am going home. SO far ive been here almost 2 years so im ready to see home and be there for a while. It will be nice. Mainly i teach kindergarten but i get around teaching different things from time to time, and with my private clients. Thanks for the supportive words, thats really very kind :)
