I changed up the low carb to bring in more fat snd lower my protein. trying for more calories as well to hit my BMR, I think it was too low. This is my usual trend, though...loss big, then up, down, up, down for a couple weeks, then another big loss. I'm right on track and happy with the results.
134,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 9,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 54,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Perdiendo 2,5 kg a la Semana
