Diario de LadyinDenim, 23 jun. 16

Finally got a good night's sleep. I was helping out on evening shift, so for five consecutive days I went to bed at midnight and still woke up at 5:30 a.m. per usual. Last night I went to bed at nine. Lovely. I'm able to sleep on my stomach, now, which is new.

Busy day planned today! Lunch with my niece and then taking daughter and grandkids to get passports. That's only two things, but for me, that is busy.

Was thinking of food all day yesterday. Today, I get to eat. Birchwood Cafe makes lovely salads. I'm looking forward to a big plate of delicious green! Dinner is pork loin roast. I may just stick it in the crockpot. I am skipping the potatoes, but plan to load up on carrots and onions.

Aliens have zeroed out my food diary for the last couple days. I have contacted the site.

I don't think sleeping on the stomach is good. I used to until a therapist told me it helps w gravity which u don't want. So now I sleep on my back or side. Don't know if that's true or not but it had me thinking about my posture and got me right out of the habit.

@MB..........I was told that too. I was having issues with my neck/back and was told never to sleep on my stomach as that position isn't great for your spine.

It was a novel feeling laying flat out on my stomach and being able to breathe. I haven't been able to do that for years.
