Weighed in today and I was still at 245, I've been here all week. It is frustrating when you try so hard...I've been sticking to my macros and I have upped my activity. Then I looked in the mirror and noticed I have fluid filled blisters on my sunburn :( I'm retaining water. That made me feel a bit better. Hopefully they will heal up this week and my next weigh in will show a larger loss...my goal is to be down to 241-243 next Friday.
Still I'm lucky to be down a total of 10 lbs this month. Thanks for reading and I hope everyone has a wonderful Friday!!!
