Yeah! I did better this week. We finally were able to spend time in the pool and I think this helped. Also the fact that our air conditioning is broken and sweltering hot means you don't really want to over eat. Ready to start a new cycle today. My plan is based on 8 week cycles. Looking forward to a good week.
