Ha!!! 800g's off!!!
Super pleased!!!
I'v been trying 16:8 intermitted fasting for the last 3 days. And it's like BigBoyOptimus always says - it's about the total amount of food u consume... Cause since I don't eat anything at breakfast time, I only eat lunch and dinner (cause I don't get hungry in between)! And my total calorie count is way lower than usual. Plus I try and make healthy food choices.
Let's see how the weekend goes...
I'll start running next week again. I belong to the Strand running club. Great group!! But I need to reach out and just show up for a run. Where my usual running buddy, usually contacts me and pushes me for a run 😁 Gotta get my head back in the game...
65 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 7,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Well done! So much for the adage of breakfast being the most important meal of the day! I guess it is important to the companies that makes breakfast products!!! Keep it up!
