Well after a month of no loss, likely since it's been too hot and humid to get out and do much, I've finally made a little bit of progress. At least in all that time I maintained weight. Even though if you consider how many times I went between 228 and 227 I probably lost twenty lbs without going down at all 😂
102,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 29,0 kg.    Aún para ir: 0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
