Diario de kbrammer, 18 ago. 16

I don't think I eat enough food, was so hot yesterday that I didn't even get 1100 calories in. Need some better strategies to get enough calories that are good calories, I think lunch is where I fall short during the work week. Need to reverse the strategy of a small lunch and breakfast and a huge dinner to larger in the front of the day and less at night.

So hard to find a balance to feel full but not overeat! Good luck - maybe try bumping up the veggies and proteins and lower carbs. The protein makes you feel fuller, I have found.
