Okay, I just recorded my increase. 5 lbs. in about 2 months. Yikes!! Well, I guess that shows me how quickly I can gain it back when I stop exercising and eating right. I got in a short workout this morning. My doctor told me that I need to start exercising again. I have a medical problem with my bowel and intestines and if I quit exercising it seems to make them quit working right, so needless to say I've felt horrible the last couple of months. I'm hoping that starting my exercise again will help me feel better so I don't have to have a colonoscopy or anything worse. Maybe with my doctor telling me to and the encouragement of not wanting to have a colonoscopy, I will have the motivation I need to keep up the exercise. Only time will tell. I have to get back on the wagon.
