Thanks everyone I so appreciate all of your support. I had a tough day today with a headache and feeling a bit nauseous , my daughter thinks it might be allergies because everyone in town was mowing their lawn today, then my X came over and was well, being a dick, so coming on here and seeing all you loving comments was just, well it needed it, so thank you all so much.

Getting off sugar and wheat can screw up your electrolytes. Try putting a pinch of sea salt, or Himalayan Pink Salt in 4 oz of room temp water, and chug it. It deals with the headache and nausea immediately.

Great going, yeah, I'm allergic to my ex too, giggle!! Keep up the good work!! I'm almost 2 weeks wheat & sugar free!! Thank God for Stevia once in awhile!!
