I'm dropping about a lb. a day. I have a Dr.'s appt. this afternoon so I'll find out once and for all how healthy this rate of loss is.
I have noticed something. I am really losing fat. I haven't seen a loss in things like bra size yet - which is usually the first thing I lose in any other diet that I've done.
