Every little bit counts. 

Down is always good. 

Sometimes just that little bit is enough to propel us forward. 

Glad you're back! Yes, Dad is funny. In some ways, he will eat healthy if we cook that way, but not always. I don't know what sort of an impact Mary has on the picture, but he generally prefers it when I don't cook him fatty stuff when he visits. I'm like that, too. If I am around other people that eat bad stuff, I will sometimes eat bad stuff.
