All in all a pretty good week. I found that when I eat later in the AM that I have a tendency to want to eat later at night. This week I will eat an early breakfast to see if that puts the cabash on the desire to snack late. Doing fairly well with not adding sugar or salt. I have used the slightest amount of maple syrup. It give a sweetness with not a lot of impact. Good bang for the buck!
