I am completely on the yo-yo!! I do really well for a week, then fall back to bad habits for the next week. Went grocery shopping last night and bought groceries for the week. My personal goals for the week are to have more water, fruits & veggies, and exercise, while having less sweets and carbs. Here is to totally refocusing!!!
