I can't look at this any other way than : I got what was coming to me. With the way I've been eating, I shouldn't be so surprised. I can be disappointed in myself and these results, but I did make the decisions that led me here. Everyday and every meal I made choices that led to this gain....
I really didn't want to record this, but I need to see the numbers and take responsibility for the choices I've made.
