Well down 1 lb. That's 1 lb. closer to those 4 or 5 I gained during the holiday season, so it's a start. I'm hoping to be in a good routine within the next couple of weeks for exercise and eating. I feel so much better when I'm eating better and exercising, why can't I remember that all the time?
