Oh boy! The last month or so has been very eventful. Starting with tearing my biceps tendon, then getting a gastro bug that lasted what felt like forever (but was just under a week). I lost about 4 or 5 kgs in a matter of days due to the gastro. There's only one other reason I've ever had to run to the toilet and that was because of an endoscopy preperation.
