Diario de Blue Viking, 14 nov. 16

What a crazy week!! I work for the Division of Forestry in Eastern Kentucky. 75% Of our region was mobilised to SE due to 🔥 fire.
I am now working 7 days a week for a while until fires settle down. Working at the kennel 3 nights a week after I get off work and tutoring a gal with her college classes.
I don't think I did bad considering some nights I have not gotten home until almost midnight.
Yes I did do some fast food and did not do as well journaling.
in am going to try to do better this week.

Praying the good Lord gives you the strength and stamina to full fill all these duties. Not getting enough sleep will also affect your weight.

I am trying to get more sleep. I have operated on 5 to 6 hours a night for years. Working on positive changes.
