So I havent been following a diet at all, have been walking to get my son from school but thats about it. I havent lost and this is how it has been as far back as I can remember, anytime I want to lose weight really really badly, i just stay at the same weight forever. *note to self* please get your head on straight and get busy losing weight :D!!
