"We eat too much in America".....yep! It might have been 1 1/2-2 lbs without the burger and beer. Alcohol=empty calories and provide zero nutrition. You can work with a burger though. Nice drop!

Thanks. A few beers or wine each week is what finally brought my blood pressure back in line. A 15lb drop and prescription medicine didn't make a difference. I've dropped an additional 10lbs since reintroducing alcoholback into my diet, but I have treated it like anything else, calories I have to account for. I don't believe in not eating and not enjoying myself, but have been teaching myself to eat better and control my portions. Not perfect yet, but will keep working on it.

I 'm the same as you if l want the extra calories l a just my intake and exercise that day a little more.So far its worked for me l have lost 154 in 2 years.Staying heathly is a lot of math and hard work!Good Luck.
