I am doing the low carb high fat keto diet. I will watch and track my macros/carbs. I had a great day today. Went out and had lunch with my two girlfriends and I stayed on course and really did not have any cravings. We ate at a hibachi restaurant i ordered extra veggies and skipped the rice and felt full all day. We had coffee after, i drank green tea w/o sugar. I do need to increase my water intake though. I just had knee surgery (scope) and it is feeling better. I think i will start walking soon. I will go for 30 minutes and try that time first.
