Diario de daveway, 19 ene. 17

It seems everytime I do a full Gym workout I dont loose weight but gain it confusing
90 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1 kg.    Aún para ir: 20 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Don't stand on the scales more than once a week and look at the body and not at the scales.. your body will reshape.. I haven;t lost much but went down a dress size.. check how your clothes fit... Keep going and don't do anything that may discourage you! I have a new saying taken from "Dory" Lets keep dieting, lets keep dieting.. lol

It's cos your muscles take on water, it means you hydrated properly which is a good thing! Remember muscle weighs more than fat so if you're building muscle you might not lose much at first but you'll be way healthier for it :)
