Hated to do the weigh-in today. Yesterday I ate lots and lots of salad greens, broccoli, etc. so just have to wait patently until it "exits".
But other than the bogus scale reading, I feel like I'm on a roll!

I always stay put after eating salads too..but I know it will pass..LOL
You have come a long way girl..Its nice to know we don't let the scale dictate to us as much as it use to...we know now that we can not

Mom2Boxers - Nothing really has changed (you may be referring to my S.A.D.?) Maybe because the days are starting to get longer? Whatever the reason, I just have more energy now so know it is time to get back with the program. Plus, I am just dying to break into the 50's and get into those size 10's. Thanks for thinking of me.
