Managed to lose a pound (progress!) this week even though I strayed from my diet a few to many meals. With competing diets going on in the house, a work lunch outing and a few meals on days where no one felt like cooking/preparing a meal - I am happy with the fact that I actually lost weight. Saturdays (if you look at my calendar) are cheat days.....body for life and four hour body diets both encourage cheat days (one a week). Does anyone else do "cheat days" and have you still been successful at weight loss?
