I'm back and not very happy... I put on more weight than I would have liked to over the christmas holidays but back at school in Year 12 now so I really want to get back on track. Going out almost everyday has meant that I've eaten a lot of reasonably unhealthy food or just more than I would in general and it's showing. Hoping to get back to my goal within the next month.
